Patty McGuigan Patricia McGuigan joined Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank in 1980. Her career at the firm has been a dynamic one! She has completed thousands of transactions involving over twenty-five million square feet, totaling over a billion dollars of real estate transactions in her 34 years of business.  A local developer describes her, “There are no brackets on her deal making. She works throughout the Valley on office and R&D. She could be working on a 100,000 square foot requirement or a hundred 1,000 square foot requirements. She simply knows the market and matches clients and properties everyday all over the Valley.”  Throughout her career Ms. McGuigan has been a consistent top performer at the firm and over the years and has been inducted into the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers prestigious “Hall of Fame”.  In leasing commercial real estate, she has represented local developers and national insurance companies, as well as established high tech firms and fledgling start-ups. It has been said by her cohorts, “that she is a wealth of human capital”. Ms. McGuigan has also consistently sold R&D/Office buildings and land throughout her real estate career. Her markets include San Mateo to San Jose. She will find the known product and the hidden gems to fit a client’s needs.  Her talents in the industry rest with her knowledge of the market, her interaction with all variety of clients, her unbounded enthusiasm and energy, and the professionalism she brings to any assignment.
